M/SF/T can provide an exchange or refund for your order. Your item must be placed back into its original packaging, with all original tags attached. Please include the original invoice, as well as a note indicating what you would like done with your return.
Exchanges and refunds can be made up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are not available for free or promotional items. If a free or promotional item is deemed faulty, we will offer a suitable replacement. Due to health regulations, M/SF/T is unable to exchange or refund any underwear purchase.
We recommend that returns are sent via registered post, as M/SF/T will not accept responsibility for lost items.
